Msgr. Pat Garrity (Retired)
I was born in Wichita, KS in 1948 and attended All Saints Grade School and Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School in KS. I was ordained a Priest in 1976 after graduating from St. Meinrad Seminary in IN. I was an Associate Pastor at St. Edward in Nashville and taught at Fr. Ryan High School for three years. I was a Spiritual Director and teacher at Notre Dame High School for 6 years, and during that time graduated with my MA in Education Administration from UTC. I was also the Principal of Catholic High for 12 years. I was a Pastor at several Parishes including St. Bridgette in Dayton, Holy Family in Seymour, St. Patrick in Morristown, and St. John Neumann in Knoxville TN, the Parish I retired from last year. I am grateful for all the opportunities to serve in the schools and parishes that I have been a part of. While each and every-one is different, they all have wonderful faith filled people that have been such a blessing to me. The same is true of my experience here at SAtG- a wonderful community with fine people. Again, I have been blessed and am grateful.
